Customer Reviews
Decent accessories, but not for heavy trails
I was looking for some new Schutzbleche for my gravel bike and stumbled upon URWAHN. The ordering process was straightforward, and I was able to use a Gutscheincode at checkout which was nice. Delivery took about a week, which is pretty standard. The Multitools I also grabbed seem well-made, although the branding on one of them was slightly off-center. Overall, the accessories are good quality, but honestly, I don't think URWAHN Bikes themselves would hold up to the really heavy off-road stuff I've seen Canyon or Rose Bikes handle. Still, for everyday use, they seem fine.
Great Stadtfuchs!
Last week, I ordered the Stadtfuchs and it arrived in just 5 days. Awesome!
Another great bike from Urwahn
This is my third purchase from Urwahn, got the Stadtfuchs this time. As usual, the ordering process was smooth, and the bike arrived in perfect condition, fully assembled. It even showed up a day earlier than the tracking said. Their quality control is consistently high, which is why I keep coming back. Never had an issue with any of their bikes, and this one rides just as well as my previous Waldwiesel.
Detailed thoughts on my new Urban E-Bike
I recently bought one of their Urban E-Bikes, the Platzhirsch.E, and wanted to share my experience. Ordering was straightforward on their website; I used the configurator to pick my options, which was easy to navigate. Delivery took about three weeks, which was within the estimated timeframe they provided. The bike arrived mostly assembled, just needed to attach the pedals and adjust the handlebars, which took me about 15 minutes. The quality of the 3D-printed steel frame feels robust, and the Softride design does make a noticeable difference in comfort on bumpier roads. I had a quick question about the battery charger, and customer support replied to my email within a day with clear instructions. Overall, a solid product and good service experience.
Good value on an E-Gravel
I was looking for a new E-Gravel bike and found Urwahn during their seasonal sale. I managed to get a great deal on a Waldwiesel.E from their Outlet section. The savings were significant compared to the original price, which made the purchase feel much more justified. It was still a big investment, but the discount made it accessible for my budget. The bike itself is solid, rides well, and feels like it will last. Definitely felt like I got good value for the money spent.
Absolutely love my new Platzhirsch!
Just received my Platzhirsch.E and it's incredible! The Softride frame is so comfortable, even on city streets. It was worth every penny and the design is just stunning. I took it for a spin right after unboxing and couldn't be happier. I'm already planning my next ride and telling all my friends they need to check out Urwahn. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
Fast delivery, great quality
Ordered a Waldwiesel. Came quickly. Bike was well-packaged and perfect. Good ride. Happy with the purchase.

Does Urwahn ever do any sales or discount codes for their actual bikes, or is it mostly just for accessories?
I'm looking at the Cowboy bikes too. How do these Urwahn e-bikes compare, especially the urban ones, in terms of ride feel and tech?
Hey, wondering about delivery times to the US, specifically California. How long does it usually take for a full bike order?
Can I try one of these bikes out before buying? Not sure if there are any demo locations in the States.
How does the leasing thing work for people in the US? Is it only a German thing or can I do it here too?
